By creating an account or using Impact Code Analysis (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may submit only repositories you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You may not use the Service to scan repositories you do not have rights to. You may not use the Service to attempt to compromise the security of the Service or other users.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any personal access tokens you connect. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
The Service is currently provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime or data persistence during the early-access period. Production-grade SLAs will be offered with paid plans.
You retain all rights to your source code. We claim no ownership over any code submitted for analysis. The analysis platform itself, its algorithms, and its UI are the property of Impact Dev.
The Service produces automated quality and security findings. Findings are advisory only and may produce false positives or miss real issues. You are responsible for verifying findings before acting on them. Impact Dev is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or place undue load on the Service.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
