Delete your Skyroost account and data

Delete from inside the game (recommended)

Open Skyroost and go to your Roost (the home screen). Tap the Settings gear at the top left. Tap Delete account & data, then confirm with Delete everything. The game removes your data immediately and restarts as a fresh install.

Delete by request

If you can no longer open the game, email reasonswhy13@gmail.com with the subject Skyroost account deletion from the Google account you play with, and include your Play Games player name if you know it. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your game save on the device — riders, dragons, the Roost, story progress, settings. Your Skyroost cloud save in Google Play Games (the "skyroost" saved game). Your guild data — guild membership (leadership is handed to another member; an empty guild is removed), the chat messages you wrote, pending join requests, your in-game display name, and the sign-in identity used for guilds.

What is kept, and by whom

Purchase records are held by Google Play under your Google account, as required for refunds and restores. Skyroost does not store payment details.

Leaderboard scores and achievements belong to your Google Play Games profile, which Google manages. You can hide or delete that profile in the Play Games app under

Settings → Delete Play Games profile and data.

Advertising: Skyroost shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. Reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings under

Privacy → Ads. Skyroost keeps no copy of it.

Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (such as the number of flights played per day) may be retained.

Delete data without deleting the account

To start over but keep your Play Games sign-in, use Settings → Reset all progress in the game. This wipes the save on the device; the next cloud save overwrites the old one.
