Is there a free trial?
The Evaluation plan is free forever for 1 public repository — try Impact on your code before committing. Paid plans also include a 14-day refund window from your first payment.
What’s the contract term?
All paid plans are a 1-year minimum commitment. Monthly billing splits that year into 12 payments; annual billing pays upfront and saves 20%. After year one, contracts auto-renew month-to-month unless you cancel.
Can I self-host?
Yes — the Enterprise plan includes a Docker bundle that runs entirely on your infrastructure. Source code never leaves your network.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in Settings → Subscription. Access continues through the end of your current 12-month term. After expiry your account drops back to Evaluation tier; data stays read-only for 90 days and exportable as JSON / CSV / Markdown — no lock-in.
Is my code safe?
Cloud analysis is static — we never execute your code. Source files are encrypted in transit, deleted per your retention setting (30/90/365 days). Self-hosted: code never touches our servers.
Who provides the AI?
Claude (Anthropic). On the Cloud plan we manage the API key. Self-hosted customers bring their own — context goes directly from your install to Anthropic.
Can I change plans mid-contract?
Yes — upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term (Starter → Professional doesn’t need to wait, but Professional → Starter does).
