We tell each other the real number — in code review, in postmortems, in planning. If something is a D and not an A, that's what we say. Candor is a kindness, and we'd rather be right than comfortable.

Fast to scan, fast to decide, fast to ship. We value momentum and short feedback loops over exhaustive planning. Bias to action, then measure and correct — velocity is part of the product, not a threat to it.

We don't train on customer source, we don't surveil developers, and we treat the trust our customers place in us as non-negotiable. That principle shapes how we build, and how we expect everyone here to think.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Own features end to end across a TypeScript/React frontend and the analysis backend — from the scan pipeline to the dashboard the results land in.
ApplyLanguage / Parser Engineer (tree-sitter)
Extend multi-language support and detector rules on top of tree-sitter. If you enjoy grammars, ASTs, and getting parsing exactly right, this is your seat.
ApplyPlatform / Infrastructure Engineer
Keep scans fast and reliable at scale — the worker pools, queues, and storage behind cross-repo analysis. You care about latency, throughput, and clean failure modes.
