Gaming App Privacy Policy

Jordan Gilchrist·September 12, 2026

Effective date: 20 September 2026

This policy applies to all mobile games we publish that link to this page. Each of these games is a self-contained arcade or casual game. The games themselves collect nothing. Two third-party services some of them use do collect limited data, and this policy explains what and why.

What our games store:

Your progress — coins, unlocked items, best scores, badges, settings and recent run results — is saved on your device only, using the operating system's standard app storage. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game or use a “Reset all progress” option in Settings, where available.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free versions of our games may show ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address (which implies approximate location), and information about how you interact with ads, in order to serve and measure ads. On iOS, a game may ask for permission to track; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where a game offers a “Remove ads” or similar purchase, buying it stops all banner and full-screen ads in that game. Rewarded videos, where offered, only ever play when you tap a button that offers one.

Purchases (RevenueCat)

Where a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, receives an anonymous app-user id, your purchase history for that game, and basic device/app metadata so that purchases can be verified and restored on your other devices. RevenueCat's policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

What our games do not do:

They do not ask you to create an account or provide any personal information. They do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of their own.

They do not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone or any other permission beyond what's needed for ads. Nothing you buy affects scores or gives an unfair advantage over other players.

Sharing

Where a game offers a Share button (for example, on a results screen), it asks your phone's share sheet to share a short line of text, such as your score. You choose where it goes. We do not see or record what you do with it.

Children

Our games are generally rated for all ages, but because some show ads, they are not directed at children under 13, and ad serving is configured accordingly. If you believe a child has provided data through an advertising SDK in one of our games, contact us and we will help you request its deletion from Google.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at the same URL and the effective date updated.

Requesting data deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with you — including your purchase history held by RevenueCat, or your device's advertising identifier as used by AdMob — email us at the address below with the request. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once complete.

Note that in-game progress (coins, unlocks, scores) is already stored only on your device, so uninstalling the app or using "Reset all progress" in Settings deletes that data immediately, without needing to contact us.
