Two weeks ago we refocused Impact around one loop: Predict, Prevent, Prove. Here's where that stands.

Shipped: a navigable Living System Map with cross-repo blast radius; Contract Drift ranked by live callers; the Health Forecast; the Outcome Ledger; an MCP server that puts our intelligence inside your coding agent; and the first version of the Change Conductor.

Next: richer, calibrated prediction that learns from your own incident history; full schema-level contract diffing; time-travel and incident replay on the map; and a Change Conductor that opens and verifies the coordinated PRs for you.

The thesis hasn't changed and it won't: the graders describe the past. We're building the tool for the next incident — the one that never happens because you caught it in the PR.
